which cams would u guys recommend for my B18b1, with my particular set up?

Crower 403 or JG 301

please give me some feedbacks... Cons and Pros

Here's a list of my mods
97 civic sedan w/ a b18b1
GSR hydro tranny
some kinda organic racing clutch (dono what brand)
obd2-obd1 conversion harness
Gude chipped p75 ecu
AEM cai
obx 4-2-1 headers (generic ****, i'll try to get some 4-1 when i have enough $)
custom straight pipe 2.25''
Greddy sp cat back exhaust
Place Racing motor mounts

and i got some AEM adj cam gears, Crower dual valve springs, B&M FPR waiting to be installed... right now im just trying to decide on my cams

i actually have the JG 301 at home already, but i was wondering if the Crower 403 is better for my application??

I would try to stay away from both companys. But out of JG and crower. crower hands down
