Anyone with a Helms for a G2 Integra... pls HELP

Anyone with a Helms for a G2 Integra... pls HELP
I need the Helms procedure for adjusting the idle. It goes along the lines of removing the IACV and adjusting the screw. Does anyone know the correct procedure?

When you refer to removing the back-up fuse do you mean the ECU fuse?
