Oil pump gear a weak link on H22A and UR crank pulley?

Oil pump gear a weak link on H22A and UR crank pulley?
I'm going to be running UR crank, alt, ps pulleys. Since the crank pulley does not have a harmonic dampener (it's a solid piece), does the make the Oil pump gear more susceptible to failure? Any other components to be worried about?
