Buttonwillow August 10th *VIDEOS*
Okay, here are a few quick vids from the Sunday event at Buttonwillow last week. I wasn't there on the 9th so if you are looking for footage of the shorty track I don't have it! This was configuration #1 clockwise...a really fun really long track. The only thing I didn't like was the Star Mazda turn, but oh well. On with the videos!!

One full lap of Buttonwillow #1 clockwise...I ran a 2:19...I wonder how much quicker it would have been if I didn't catch up to the Sentra coming out of the esses causing me to ease off the gas and brake early? (I was normally shifting into 5th just before that patch of concrete on the right)

Considering it wasn't a clean lap 2:19 is pretty fast. Were you running comp. tires? My personal best is 2:15.x w/ v700s. H1 guys are clocking in 2:05 on an average.
BW is so fun. Anyone going back this weekend with SpeedVentures?

I'm going to be out there both days this weekend. Stock 2000 NBP Prelude running TEIN HA on 215 Falken Azenis. I'll probably be in the beginner group.

I really doubt that the H1 guys are running the same times as Glen on a longer and slower track configuration.

yeah..i remember not running the bus stop either during tcra last year..

My stomach definitely wasn't feeling the greatest after that session. The heat and the fact that my lunch hadn't digested had alot to do with it. My excitement probably was the only reason I didn't feel any worse!
