Default Brake Rotor and Pad problem.

First off I have a mismatched 5 lug conversion. I use Legend rotors and Type R calipers. Now I have never had a problem before, but I recently purchased a set of EBC red stuff for my calipers and today I just got me some new Brembo Blanks. However after I got one on (which was a tight fit) it is constantly rubbing on the outside pad (pad you can see when you look at the car. And I also lost a little pedal pressure. It is drivable but I think its doing to much damage to the rotor.

If you have any ideas of why its doing this or the way to fix it lemme know. Thanks

Jason

When you installed the pads did you push the piston all the way back in?

Did you open the bleeder valve? Low pressure means air in the lines.

Yes. I used a C-Clamp to do so, and no I didn't open the bleeder valve.

did you make sure that the caliper piston seal didnt come over the top of the piston? maybe that could be it.
so which rotor did you buy? i mean for what car. same with the pads. if you got both pads and rotor for a type R
there shouldnt be any problems. only thing i can think of is that your piston seal rolled over the top of the piston.

I used a Legend rotor. And yes it works. R rotors don't. Piston seal is still on there. And it looks as if the rotor is rubbing the metal of the caliper maybe. I am fixing to go look at the other one I haven't done yet. I'll get back to yall. Anymroe opinion will help though.
