a car im working on is getting spark but no fuel. its a d15b2. i can hear the fuel pump prime, and fuel is getting to the rail but no signal is telling the injector to fire. i pulled plugs after cranking and they looked brand new still.. they are brand new anyway. could it be a main relay or something similar? any help would be appreciated!

 

could be the ignitor, if the main relay is bad the fuel pump wouldn't prime

 

i know the ignitor is good. any other ideas??
