Default L67 in a accord

I found a accord with a L67 swap
the L67 is GMs 3.8L supercharged V6 240 Hp stock and modds come easy
It comes in GTPs and '97 and up buick regal GSs and GSEs, they run 14.9- 15.2
it comes in 97 and up parkavenue ultras too, they run 15.5-15.8
I don't think he's finshed with it
I like it, it should run 13s

ive seen this before, and i think its a hoax (im skeptical of everything) notice how how high the front car is in the second pic ??? Its sitting up like theres no engine in it. even taking into account its missing the fenders. it looks like a big photoshop to me with some aging/film filter over it.

yes it would still be fwd, the GTP/Grand Prix is FWD. Also none of the GTP guys have found a viable manual tranny solution yet (I have a couple friends deep into GTPs) and this guy claims to be using a beretta manual tranny.

anyway all im saying is need better pics/more info. it would be a VERY interesting swap indeed though... those engines are cheap and abundant. They used that motor in everything from GTP's to Buick Regals and soon the Malibu and Monte Carlo will have them.

as soon as you said photoshop, I noticed the background of the pic. look at the near corner of the house and the roof of the old *** sunbird sitting behind the accord. that is one fucked up pic. almost looks like a fun house mirror or something.

I'm always impressed by anyone who does the massive ammounts of fabrication to get this kind of stuff to work. although in this case, I'm not sure why you'd go to the trouble....

there's wierd *** color prisms everywhere, those pics are pretty wierd, like some surreal, disoriented dimension. but i've seen that pic and always thought it was pretty stupid, all that work for 240hp from a supercharged engine? that's swaps gotta cost alot more than a supercharged h22a. but yah, wierd *** even the first pic kinda looks like the entire engine bay was photochopped over an accord bay.

ol' rusty *** box steel engine mounts and an old *** Quad4 transmission do not an L67 Accord make! no details? axles? wiring? (we all know how GM loves wires running every which way in thier cars) and yes, that sucker should weigh waaaay more than any F22. that nose is sky high! he'd have to be running some pretty stiff springs up front, and those look stock to me.

and about that tore up *** sunbird...looks like someone made friends with either a Mack truck or a tree.

impressive but eek. why an american engine in a import car? id save that swap for a sunfire or a caviler. not any type of honda. swap something like a s2000 engine or a NSX engine then it'd be better. but still impressive. how long it take for that swap? hard to mount it?

someone should shoot him an email and have him come defend/explain himself here. not that he would need to, but i think we're all interested to at least know why and how.

both would be a waste when the h22a is available

as far "why put an american engine into an import car?" who cares? people do it all the time

there are kits to put v8 mustang and chevy small blocks into Miata's, RX7's, Nissan's, old Datsun's, Toyota and Nissan pickup trucks, the list is a mile long

I dont think it will run 13s. The S2000 has 240hp and runs a high 13 and its RWD. So the FWD will have alot harder time getting traction plus the S2000 is a lighter car than the accord.

I don't like it, if it is real.
Does anyone have that picture of the 4th gen accord with the Chevy 350 (i think it was) in it? It was on ebay, remember?

Nope. Not kidding at all. And if I would've had the money, I would've bought it, too.
