Default need help from the suspension gods

ight heres the dilemma...

i have a 88 crx hf and im doin a basic b16 swap BUT the car has SIR brakes on the front and i cant get the steering rods to seat into the spindle assemblies(the balljoint part). ive never done a swap into a crx so this is kinda confusin to me but somebody told me i had to get different spindles or somethin to make it work...any help or advice anybody in here has would be much appreciated.

by how much are they too far (short or long)? Try adjusting the tie rods so they'll reach properly. You might have to buy new ball joints. Have you tried using your old tie rods from the old assembly? Why not just use your old power steering rack?
