OBD2 has 2 o2 sensors. One in front of the convertor on the down pipe, and a second one directly in the converter at the rear. If you put the test pipe in, your going to throw a CEL. OBD1 are ok, but on the OBD2, the readings will be off and will be put immediately in to limp mode. I wouldn't suggest doing it with your car. The best way to do it would be to convert it to a OBD1 first. But hey if you really want to do it, give me call (301)946-5521. I have Meineke shop in Kensington. Should be about 20 mins away from you. Talk to NEWGSRDRIVER, he knows where I'm at. I can make one for you.

Email Dan at http://godspeed.hack.net (his email's on there). He carries OBD2 test pipes that have a bung welded on for the O2 sensor. There's also some cat material in the bung so your CEL doesn't come on. Very good cats. Otherwise, if you don't care if your CEL comes on, then just go to a muffler shop and have them make you a pipe with flanges for $30-$40...but with the CEL constantly on, you won't know if there are other problems.
Its real hard to find someone that makes a test pipe ant smaller than 2.5".
Go to a few muffler shops and ask nicely, after you make sure to tell them its for racing only.
