Default Got a fiber hood for the EP:)

Well I got a hott VIS hood for the EP, the fitment is sweet, its deff a 10out of 10. the weave is beutiful.

ill post up pics of it tommorow.

just as an install tip: we needed to push the latch up more, i needed to actually make the holes longer to get more adjustment for the latch to come up further. just a tip

How much weight are you actually saving? The oem hood on the EP3 is pretty light IMO.

I dont get it.... Its a honda civic, not a custom road race suspension for a Ferrari 360 challenge car.

I had the VIS hood at one point for my EP. When I sold the hood and had to ship it, the scale showed it was about 14lbs. Not a lot weight saved. My hood also had a 10/10 on fitment.

The vis hood may retail at $500. You can buy it on ebay all the time for $360. Not to mention I know I can definately get the same deal you did through VIS or any other place. Lets try to be open here, we arent all driving Bugattis, there hondas.

it doesnt matter what i payed for it , im trying to let everyone know what i think about the hood and the quality of it, not what i payed. if you can get thme on ebay for $375 rock on brotha, i aint selling them im posting my opinions on it .oh yes the hod even has predrilled holes for the washer lines and the rubber weatherstripped underneath

heres a nice shot of one of the piees SPC donated to me to get the car done too , nicey nice

looks good Pete. The CF really accents the White. Those coilovers are great. The stance looks mean as ****.

Mabye its just me, but I think the hood would look 100% better painted. Now it just looks like your wife ran into something, and they replacement hood was just thrown on it..

welcome to the millenium man , thats how carbon fiber looks. i think it looks hot.
painting carbon fiber to me makes no sence. btw its hard to tell its fiber in the pics beucase of the amount of sunlight out at that time .
heres a pic of the upper control arms int he rear, also by SPC
