after spending countless months looking and looking I have finally found my hatch! I found it locally after I was going to travel out of town to pick one up. Here are pics of the car when I first picked it up:





And here is the first mod....No more hideous vinyl red stripes!!



Its a little different than the 5g ferio, but I will get used to it!

was that hideous stripe a honda option cuz i have seen it on a few hatches, there was a black one with a yellow stripe where i got my hatch from, soooo ugly , by the way, nice looking hatch

 

thanks for the comments guys, yeah ive seen black coupes with yellow stripes in the exact same area so it may have been a dealer option. it came off really easy with a hair dryer

 

those rims look fairly clean. lower your car, and pain the rims. hehehe enjoy, i love those eks. goodluck bro.

 

yeah the rims arent too bad, they are 14 inch enkei rims, i am probably gonna keep them as winter wheels and end up going with gsr hammerheads or some sort of silver 16 inch rim.

i think i have narrowed my choice for engine mods between the d16y8 jrsc minime or the modified d16z6 greddy kit to fit ont a y8. I will be using this car to drive 25 miles every day to school and 25 miles back. i know this has been a countless debate, but anyone want to fill me in??

 

Why does stripes look ok in automodelista but looks like horrible in real life?
