Default 9,000 RPM =I

I'm just curious, I accidently miss shifted and the motor jumped to at least 9,000 RPM...should I be worried? Motor is a stock 2000 B16.

check compression, i dont think it would be TAHT bad though. but do soem check up's just in case

You should be ok, if your really paranoid check your valve lash and make sure everythings still in spec.
