Why would it not work? I have a 97 RS and I bought a JDM ITR catback ... the B pipe was too long but the axleback bolted right up to my stock exhaust just fine ... don't see why there would be any diff. with the ITR b pipe.

Any verdict on this? The jdm axle back is slightly larger in diameter. Will a jdm itr muffler bolt onto a USDM itr b pipe?

My buddy bolted up a axle back JDM ITR muffler to his LS B-pipe, no problems. So it will bolt up. The JDM B-pipe however will NOT bolt to the cat, its not the length its the diameter of the piping.
