I mr2's. That was my dream car but I couldn't find a turbo in my area that wasn't beat up.

 

Mods are MR2: Intake. Greddy SP exhaust
GSR : AEM CAI, Skunk 2 manifold, N1 Exhaust, VAFC

 

I like that Integra.

 

Your pics started out okay, then the quality quickly turned to ****. thats to bad.

Tell your friend he is wasting money on his MR2 NA. I think the highway NA mr2 dyno is like 150hp. Not much potential in the Camry engine :-/

You ever hear of a 3s-gte swap you flaming retard. A intake / exhaust is not a waste of money to any motor, considering he can use the SAME exhaust on the turbo motor. Do HT a favor and go play some more video games.

NA mr2s are way lighter than turbo models so if you were to turbo the 5s-fe or put in a 3s-gte it would run better than a turbo model with teh same power/mods.

NA mr2s dont have alot going for them except they can get a swap, and hull ***...thats in his plans so dont worry. Were only seniors in highschool, and we work for all our ****, while paying for our cars, so money doesnt come easy!

 

Nice cars!! Both are extremely clean. I'd like to see some pictures with better quality (maybe borrow a digi cam from someone?). The cars are bomb though.
BTW - On your N1, is that carbon build up on the bumper? I'm getting one soon and I hope mine doesn't do that too...

 

****, buy my n1!....It comes off with a clay bar, and a good cleaning. Thats about 3 weeks worth that i havnt clayed that area.. So no if you keep good upkeep, its fine. And being a white car.....doesnt help!

 

The 5SFE isn't completely hopeless, a fellow Mr2 board member has gone 10.90's with his turbo 5SFE.

bah, the 3sgte is where its at, to much complicated piping to build a custom turbo kit for the fe. Besides, the 3sgte is pretty much bullet proof except for the nasty tendency to run lean in the third cylinder.
