lol not sure how it got there. but i did that once to remove water for a friend. i drilled a tiny hole and let the water drain then used silicone to seal it.
youre best bet would be to take off the tail lights and take it apart and dry it completely and seal it up so no more water gets in...

Yeh most likely the seal has got a crack in it. A tip though, when you go to re-seal it try and do it in as dry air as possible. (ac) the less mousture in it the less it will fog or condensate.

should i just drill a small hole in the bottom of my tail light so it will drain out??? thanks
