my del sol is surging while idling. It never did that before until yesterday i got it back from getting a clutch and valve adjustment and they hooked up an oil pressure gauge. now my car will go up to like 1200 rpm then about die and keep surging like that. HELP!@?

 

Does this happen when you first strat the car, or after a couple mins of driving?

I had something similar happen, and the posts probably on here somewhere.

Try checking for a vaccum leak, and if not that, it may be the idle air control valve underneath the throtle body. Dont go buy anything because of my advise tho, waith for someone more knowledgable.

im gonna check everything tomorrow.. it does it sometimes when i start the car and sometimes when i come to a complete stop....
