changing cam seals, help me out

one of my cam seals are leaking. when i change them, where do i position them. pushed closest to the head or the end of the cams?

NO HONDADBOND PLEASE! Just apply a little bit of silicone on the outter and inner of the cam seal. set the seal in place and fine a socket or something that will help you push it in evenly. also, make sure that the inner lip does not catch - because it may pop out the tension spring inside the seal.
