hey i have a 90 crx si and a couple of days ago it started shifting really hard and sometimes the clutch doesnt disengage and ideas whats worng or how to fix it i tried adjusting it from the cable under the hood but that didnt help

 

Change and check transmission fluid.

The clutch would still dissengage if there were no fluid in it at all.

Try checking/flushing the clutch fluid.

Clutch Fluid? Hhahhaha... not in an EF... we are Cable Trannys... no clutch resevoir for us!
