Default Higher Compression in '95 Ex

I'm looking for as much info as possible on rasing the compression of myF22B, PLEASE. Love the idea of an H22 swap, but would like to know if anyone as stayed with a NA F22. And what is its potential? I'm REAL SERIOUS about attempting to raise the compression to 10:1 or 11:1, for the stock 8.8.

deck the head, or get high compression pistons, a thinner head gasket will not raise it up enough

Defintely ...mill the head. But I wouldn't go past a 10:1 compression. You would loose a lot of that torque that is signature to our engines.

What are my options? I've seen 11:1 pistons for the H23, and for the F22A, but NOT for the F22B. DPR also has dyno charts online of a F22a with their work done to it. Anyone with recommendations as to which parts, or shops that know what their doing?

I wanted to try to stick with my F series but in the end the F motors just look so damn puny compared to the H motors.
