about 80-240(from dealer)

it's very important, because it monitor the amount of oxygen you got in the exhaust gas.

go here..oxygensensor.com

Keep in mind, there are two o2 sensors. One on each end of the cat converter. Both of mine went, and are now replaced.

well on the obd 1 cars there is 1 o2 sensor and on the obd 2... 2 are present.

it is important to have it replaced if not functioning... otherwise you will experience bad fuel economy and slight power loss.

Yeah! Find out which O2 sensor is bad first, in the case of '96 or above year Accords, or one for pre-'96. They are very important, especially the front one on OBDII cars. I replaced both of them on my '96 Cpe. and got them off of http://www.oxygensensors.com I have had mine on for about 6-7 months in all driving conditions, and have not had a problem with them. The oxygen sensors on the website are made by Carter, not Bosch. But the sensors are identical when compared side to side. For $80 each, it was better than paying over $200 at the dealership. Good luck!

From my Emissions Archive - Save some money...

Under Federal law, automakers must warrant all emissions-related equipment [such as your 02 sensor] for two years or 24,000 miles. Some components, such as the catalytic converter and electronic emissions-control units, are covered for eight years or 80,000 miles. California law requires a warranty that the vehicle will pass emission tests for 3 years or 50,000 miles, and 7 years or 70,000 miles for a part costing over $300 to replace.

Honda has an emission warranty extension [for USA Accords] for part of '95, all of '96 and part of '97. Before 75k [Honda will] do a free inspection and fix any emission related problems (no charge). From 75k to 150k we do another free inspection, replace the spark plugs, plug wires, rotor/cap, do an oil change and fix any emmission related problems (again, no charge).

If your car is 95+ and under 150k, you might have some recourse.

Oh yeah, the Auto Zone $85 O2 sensors are NOT plug and play. They do require you cut the stock harness and splice the new sensor in place. My CEL came on even after installing one of those on my car. I even tried to change the wires around thinking I did one incorrectly, but no luck. The dealer and any parts store want over $200 for the Bosch stock replacement sensor. The one I recieved from oxygensensors.com was also plug and play, and resembled the stock unit all the way down to the heat covering on the wiring. It's been on the car for a couple of months now and still no CEL; plus gas mileage has gone back up.
