Default will this work.... to get rid of code 9

wlel guys i only have come down to only 1 code.... for the last weeks thats my last one

i have seen people here with the same setup and no codes....
anyways.... its the CYL censor...
i got a Si dizzy and a 89 integra ECU PG7
i have tried another dizzy and code still there....
the dizzy's give me the right readings.... (350-550 ohms)
now i have even rewired the sensor with shielded wire.... and all ....
i can start engine and no code until i rev it....
well i checked a workshop manual my friend has from his shop... (from a 88-89 integra)
and the manual says that the CYL sensor founded on the exhaust cam off the integras is 700-1000 ohms
could it be that the dizzy isnt givin the ohms the ecu wants to see??

my last idea right now is.... may i be able to putt a 400 ohm resistor in the wiring to it directly proportinal gives the ecu a reading it might recognize???

thanxs

Try another ECU? I have a problem in my car where I cant rev past 3k with a TEG ecu but with an SI it revs fine. I dont see the deal but.
