I would like to know how to make this turbo spool up faster?
I haven't got the money to buy a better turbo so thats out of the question,
Is there any mod that can be done to the internals?

try a boost controller. that should help a little.

 

trade with some one that wants a bigger turbo

boost controller, smaller ic piping, port and polish head, theres a lot, higher compression, if you search theres like a couple more

 

Smaller turbine housing. Higher compression. 30 shot no2. Advance timing in area before spool up--lean out fuel map in same area. Boost controller.
