Nope. Even if you screwed up your current header to somehow make it fit, you'd be better off using any B-series header instead. More power, less confusion.

A friend of mine got a b16a swap, and it came with D-series DC headers on it.
The center two cylinders are sort of close, but the outside two are off a great deal.
All of the bolt holes had to be modified, the outside ones majorly.
Definatly not worth it. Not even close.
