I bought a haynes manual and I must say it sucks. I'm trying to find TDC to replace the timing belt and adjust the valves. They say there is a window and they show a picture of this but I can't find it. They say the window is on the flywheel housing. I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Help please.
95 civic 1.5 16valve

 

the window is on F series and H series engines.

on your D series, look down the timing belkt cover. You will see a "sight" and line up the markings with the lone white mark on the crank pulley.
