Default hypertech shogun questions for anyone who has one?

I bought one used for my 93 civic si with a greddy turbo kit but it didn't come with the instructions. I got it installed all right but i was wondering about a few things.

when its all set to 0s does it mean it's running off the stock map or does the shogun still effect it a little. (mine seems to make my car run richer even with the fuel adjustments set to all 0s anyone else noticed this?)

is there a certain procedure you need to do to make the changes or is all you need to do is turn key ON, make changes, then start.

when the unit is displaying in the fuel and timing mode while the engine is running what are those number supposed to represent. It seems to display the timing advance and retard as it changes but i not quite sure of exactly what the fuel display is while the engine is running ( I know the left is RPMs)

If any one could some how get a copy of the instructions online that would be great.
