Ok, I had the stock 1 wire o2 in there and it was throwing the code for a year, but over looked it, I have a p28 ecu in my car with the 1.6 sohc motor in it.... I was told to hook the four wire o2 up, so i did, wired it up just like a stock civic ex, well it is still throwing the code, and now Neither of my two air fuel gauges work, it is getting no signal, I know for a fact this o2 is good.... Any suggestions????? I dont know if this will help but when i am cruising my speedometer needle jumps back and forth a little..... Thanks for any information, and I have searched.....

yes it did work before i put the new one in, and I followed the Helms manual as far as the wiring goes, so if Helms is right I am right, if they are not right then I am not right, you tell me...
kay this is how i did mine since mine was originaly a single wire o2 i had to convert it to 4 wire... so i had to add three more...
1. white wire- since that was already prewired to d14 of the ecu and corresponded with the p13 ecu i left that
2.orange/black this was the wire off the 4 wire o2 sensor which i just ran that to a6 the ecu wiring it will be orange/blk
3.green/white that's suppose to go to d22. but i've just splice into the grn/wht wire to the tps sensor. the grn/wht of tps sensor also runs into d22 so no point of running another wire into the ecu
4.yel/blk this i splice into a 12v source when the ignition is on
i also follow the helms this what i did. check and see if this how you did it too
