Default ED9 Vs EF9 suspension question

I have a friend over in Japan that has an EF9 and is goin to send me over the buddy club coilovers off it. My question is: does anyone know if there is any differences between the two where the EF stuff wont bolts up to the 90-91 hatchs USDM? Either of us can think of anything. So any help would be great and thanks in advance for the help.

You might need different rear LCA's ('88/ITR)

I think you may want to use his passenger sides on your driver side and vice versa because of how the weight balance is different with the driving on the left instead of the right. They should work and you shouldn't need new LCAs because that was the strut that was different on the EF9, not the springs.

Yeah, you'll need the 88/ITR/JDM LCAs. Which Buddy Clubs you getting? I've got a set of the older ones on my car. Nice shorten strut, and stiff as hell. Too bad I already blew one of the struts .

I dont know the name right off, but there the ones mostly used for auto Xing. I believe the spring rate is like 14 up front and 16 in the back, there suppose to be pretty bad ***, so I said I would take them. Ill find out more from him and let you know.
