what size turbo?
I am getting a t3/to4E turbo for my SiR(b16 engine of course).
I dont know what trim I should get. I am thinkin 54 or 57 but could use a little help.
what do you guys think?
i will be running at low psi for at least a year (or until I get my motor built)...then after that...whatever the motor can take/turbo can dish out
I got a ride in a delsol(with b16) and he had a 50 trim.
but what are your recommendations?

Not really a huge difference, but if you plan on Dragging the car a lot when the engine's built go with the 57. If it's gonna be your daily driver however, you will want as little lag as possible. I've got a T3/T04e .48 and if it wasn't for the Ball Bearing center, I'd have gone with a T-3 super 60 cause of lag issues
i see..thanks.
t3 super 60 would die out on the top i think for my engine.
this will be my daily driver.but im not looking for more power to get around town(well i will have a lot more power but a down low{2000rpm} punch is not really what im looking for..i want more power for when im racing(drag or track)..so I think the 57 is a good choice.agree??
how fast will this bad boy spool? full boost at 4000????
and 3500 for bb?

Yeah 57 trim should have full boost at 4000-4250 depending on how free flowing you are from the downpipe back, and about 500rpm less for BB. I didn't realize you had the Si, I was thinkin you were drivin the EX. Yeah 57 trim sounds good for what your lookin for.
Who needs boost in 1st gear??? i say t-66
Thta's what I'm saying. I mean hell they used them in F&F so they must be good right

With the information given, this would be my recommendation: HKS GT 2835R with a .61 A/R. The 2835R will spool fast, and the tight .61 a/r for the street will give you great response; top end hp will be limited to about 400-450 with the 61. If you don't want the HKS, give Turbonetics a call and ask them for something comparable.
What does the Drag Gen III comes with for a 01 GSR? Which you guyz think i should go with its daily driver and will boost like crazy later on but that be a while. BB or not? What are you guyz setups for the Drag Gen III on a GSR 98+? I'm planin to go with Hondata also which stage you guyz recommend?? Thanks oh btw how safe can i boost with just stock internals with the high CR 10:1??? How many psi of boost can my stock internals handle???? Would I need to PnP my heads? Thanks for all help.
Why not give XS-Engineering a call or visit http://www.xs-engineering.com If you are going to call, speak to TRI pronounced "tree". Just tell them what U have and what u will like to have and they will custom make a turbo at a great price.
Stock internals can handle up to 8-10 psi, I will not recommend more than that for safety and reliability reasons. U do not need to pnp your head, Hondata stage 2 W/ boost option is sufficient but stage 4 w/ boost has everything, especially if U R going to be tuning your own ride, U can also burn custom chips very cheaply.
