Default wanted dyno graph

I want a dyno graph of a stock B16 with hondata, intake, and catback or something close to that. I am going to do a project for the engineering dept where i bolt on a turbo kit and run E-85 in the car and i need base numbers to show frist.

Thanks

Doug

Not really. He doesn't need to even be running hondata with his setup. Hondata is needed when your runing turbo or high compression/high lift cams.

True..So far I've only used it for launch control+full throttle shift and for revving a bit higher than stock for drag racing. But lately that has changed a lot after putting on a fuel pressure regulator and an ITR intake manifold+TB and a JDM header..Now I've really had to fine tune it and thanks to hondata it's possible..Great system

You should raise your compression and some high lift cams like ef-1 or ctr cams and the hondata will really pay off. I love mine but I havn't got to fine tune it yet due to not having enough money.

I already have skunk2 stage 2s just waiting to get installed But I wait until I can also afford to get CTR pistons to bump the compression a bit and also need some headwork

Where the hell did you get that info from? Any factory car can benefit form a more aggressive tune. Whether your bone stock or not. I know it's a bit "cliche" but look at there 99-00 Si stock. They threw a set of 440's on and tuned it. Just to show you could do it, get good gas milage and gain 3-4whp across and board. I say good job on starting early.

I own a 2000 si and if I just installed the hondata I wouldn't be happy. I bought mine so I could fine tune it and disable my rev-limiter. Stock si doesn't make power pass 8000rpms but mine does so it is needed. So 3-4whp is worth the money on a 99-00 si? $295 hondata s200, $100 p28 ecu, obd2-obd1 harness $150 and then have it installed if you don't know how to solder. Thats close to $500, then you have to either buy all the other hondata hardware to tune it or have it tuned for around $100/hour. I really don't think for his setup at the time is it worth it or does he need it. He will eventually need it but it should be done last when his car needs to be tuned. For that much money he could buy some ctr cams and pistons. Then the hondata is needed for the fine tuning. I just don't think $700 is worth it on a stock car and it really helps fine tune a car when you are running turbo or higher compression.

Chill people..The man asked about stock b16 with I/H/E dyno plots..And some of you are assumning I have only that setup still..
These plots are from a while back and I have an ITR Intake manifold +TB on plus fuel pressure regulator as well..I didn't just get my Hondata for the I/H/E but planned ahead for the cams and stuff...And I have had good gains with it already..
And this coming wednesday I will go to get it dynoed again as I've put on some other stuff as well...Hondata has saved me from running lean/rich many times and I'm sure it will again this time..I'll keep you posted..

It's worth it from the begining to get the max gains out of every part you add. No running around pig rich untuned while you save up for Hondata. You will get the most of your parts, optimum gas milage as well as a perfect running car that will last. Worth it to me. I hold a properley tuned car as almost an invaluable asset. Maybe that's just me.

Agreed. I wish I would have went that way in the begining with my car.
