Default Talk about a wake up call

So last Thursday I called my friend to see when he would be home from his trip to campus and got his voice mail. I didn't think much of it so I called my other friend who I knew was driving behind him. Well, when he got on the phone he sounded flustered, and by the time he started talking he was in hysterics and I couldn't understand what was going on. He finally put some lady on the phone who informed me "your friend was in a wreck and it doesn't look good..." that's basically all I got before the hell bent hour and a half drive to the ER. By the grace of God both him and his passenger survived the wreck with minor injuries. It's now just one more thing to thank the lord about on a daily basis. I know most of you may not care but I'm hosting it just to show my personal experience with how fragile life really is.

That's what happens when you get T-boned by a 80,000 pound semi carrying coal in its bed.

How in the world did the passenger survive that with just minor injuries?

Thanks, the driver is out and about already like nothing happened. The passenger has a couple problems including a hairline fracture on her pelvis, a lung that was collapsing, and blood in her liver but she is doing better day by day. luckily the worst of it is over which is why i have felt that it is okay to show you all.

because he likes people to be indebted to him

it is a miracle your friends not only escaped with minor injuries, but escaped alive from that wreck. from the looks of the vehicle, the impact could have ended in catastrophe. i am glad to know they're alive and well. i wish them a speedy recovery.

wow..that's a miracle. hope they will completely recover from their injuries. i can imagine what they felt when they saw the truck coming, i was in a similar case before. a truck ran a red light and was about to t-bone me, good thing i speed up and he hit my rear and i spun. i can still remember looking at the truck dead on charging at me..gives me goosbumps.

are they parting out the car?

No just messing with ya bro. I know some idiot would of said that sooner or later. man you guys are lucky bro! my aunt died last year in a white DA integra by a semi...also was tone right in the middle! that pix of your friends car doesn't look that bad for being in a collisiion with a semi. My aunts car was almost unidentifyable....if you know what i mean. sadness bro.

glad to see that everyone is ok
