The Koni's could be set on the "upper" perch.

Yep - I bet the spring perches are too high. There are three positions - low, stock, and high.

Weird though - out of the box, Konis (at least every Koni I've ever bought for my G2, and I've bought two sets) came with the perch holder set to the stock height. Maybe they munged the install in some other way.

corret i see the 3 perches they are on the lowest one.
but the springs are also a 1.8drop
so any ideas now i should have 2.3 drop now and they seem higher then stock.
think its cuz i have not put the back ones on yet.

it should take a while for ur springs to settle down with ur ride....they new right give it time and it will gradually get lower....

That's strange. I have the exact same setup as you...but have gotten into some complications which I don't want to get into. With the whole car on jackstands, I can really notice that the front wheels hang higher than before. You should be able to see a noticeable difference right now...even with the springs at the highest perch. Actually, I think you should leave it on the highest perch...yours only has 2 in the front, correct? Unless you want that "slammed" look, I'd leave it on the highest perches. Also, remember to put the rear ones on the highest perches too. If you don't, the drop won't look even (rear will look lower than the front). When you're all done, you should have two finger gap all around.

Perhaps you just have to let them settle for a couple hundred miles...I'm pretty sure of it.

Good luck!

you can get the front and rear spings mixed up.
that might be the case.
i have not driven on them yeat but they are used a few thousand miles on a friends car. i had a camber kit put on also but that should not effect the ride hight.
i bet there is no difference in hight now.
guss i will have to see after i drive for a while.

double check the springs. Make sure they are correct. No need to bother to see if the right ones are in the front. If that was the case, your rear would be high as hell and the front on the ground.(Front springs are tighter to take in the wieght of the engine.) If the spring appear to be right, something definately wrong with the install. When installing, bushings and washers must be right, if not you will have a problem. Also if they are 1.8 drop, you definately see a noticeable drop. Yes it does take time to break in, but in doing so, they only go down a quarter of an inch. I say you tell them to take it out and put the stock ones in. Then take it to another shop. More reputable.
