Default so the car just decided not to turn on, not even a click

i posted this in hybrid, sorry for the cross threading. but i figured maybe i could get some more help here. this is odd. i need to get the car running ASAP cuz thats 1 less car for my family.

ok well my dad drove the car to work today. and that is the last it was on. i come to turn it on and it just turns on the ACC lights and mess. not even a click. it feels like when the clutch is not pushed down and you are trying to turn the car on. i have no clue why it even would do this. it has been running fairly good (its untuned).. anyone got any tips that i can try tomorrow to narrow it down. its not the batt. cuz we put a jumper pack to it.
starter maybe? but why.

setup is LS/vtec. i have a toda flywheel, and factory LS starter.
