RC! I can not stress this enough! I had a set of Venom on my car. Pardon me if I say they suck! They were faulty and caused my car to lean out after 6500rpm. Not a good thing when you redline at 8,500. One of my friend has them in his B16A, and he has had to replace 3 of them because of sticking. I also had another friend who flow tested his and they did not put out much over stock.

RC, is far superior. Not only are they better quality, you can pick your flow rate.

I guess I'll put my 2 cents and say RC. They just simply work better even if driven almost to the max duty cycle.
