Sleeving the H22A1

I've been trying to find information on sleeving the H22A, but it seems that all I see are H22A4's, which are open-deck. Is it that the H22A1, since it's closed-deck, can't be sleeved? I'm looking at sending it of to either Golden Eagle or Darton.
