HP Racing 5th Gen Header on 4th Gen?

HP Racing 5th Gen Header on 4th Gen?
I searched and know that the 4th gen header's downpipe apparently is about 6 inches longer than the 5th gen's, but it's not a problem right now.
i have a chance to get a HP header off a 98 lude, but I was just wondering if it's a pretty good header. I am doin an H23 VTEC, and have to have a new header anyways, since one didnt' come w/ my swap, but a used stock one and this HP Racing one are about the same price ($100), so as long as it's not a cheap POS, i figured it'd be a good buy.
Anyone w/ any experience w/ this header?
