Default What do the #s on the Prop Valve mean?

My stock valve is 2530, my Integra one is 4040, and the brand new EX one I got (because I thought it was the same as an Integra one) is 3540.

What do they mean? Is the EX one still good enough for my car with rear discs or did I just get raped? I can't believe I never thought about ordering a CRX Si one instead of EX one. Arghh.

I thought the number was like the ratio of pressure but maybe its just a code #. So I guess Integra or EX could possibly be the same.

I am pretty sure the # is just a casting #.

4040 is the one you want.

Oh well. I guess they are probably the same, I notice no difference in pedal length like I have with the 2530 vs. 3540/4040. Close enough I guess.
