Another opinion question :-) turbo or swap? and also should i mold b4 or after?

Well guys, have been toying w/ the bodywork of my car for quite a while.. almost have it set how its gonna be.. should i mold in the fenders after i take a big step into performance or after.. its going to be fiberglass because i'm pretty good with it.. ??

I have been contemplating what to do!! I have sohc zc.. around 65k seems to be ok.. clutch isn't so hot.. 3rd grinds above 5k.. wondering if i should go turbo .. replace the clutch an all.. very low psi 6-7ish? max? (that even worth it?) . or just stop goofing off and finally swap an H-series in there .. and devote a huge part of my income to my car?? What you guys think? by the way my goals are mostly reliability and.. inexpensive stuff ! :-) .. Looking to get into the low 14's.. 13's if i go all the way ? what you think
