Default Timing belt flex tolerances?

What do you guys prefer in terms of the belt tension on the T belt? I would like an actual mearurement if possible. I went by the factory tighting procedure and it feels pretty tight, but I'm not sure exactly what is the right amount. Thanks.

You should be able to grab the belt and twist it a little less than 1/4 turn in any place. I dont have a measurement, sorry... but make sure you line up the 'loose' side of the belt on the tensioner and press the tensioner against the belt as you tighten it (45 ft-lbs)
