Default ZC Engine

Will a ZC engine bolt on directly to my tranny? I have 1991 CRX Si and I am thinking about engine swap + turbo. I was thinknig about ZC engine and GReddy turbo kit. I know that it might not be the best combination, but I am short on money... I know that this topic has been covered before, but how will I have to deal with emissions if I use a ZC motor?

ZC motor bolts up to your stock tranny and you can get the sohc greddy turbo kit and make it fit pretty easily.

Okay, I am still arguing with my friends what is better just VTEC head or a ZC, I think i'll go with a ZC engine though, mine has too many miles on it. If I want to change the stock internals of ZC what parts will I have to use? Thank you,

Any head is better than no head at all, I'll take head over a ZC any day......

i've had head that was better than no head. but generally it is a good thing.

zc parts are hard to come by, hks makes cam and gears, really expensive. around 600.00
i'm sure you know to get the integra computer. much better. good luck, you'll be surprised at the engine. it's smooth

You can find parts, but they will have to be from all over the place. The timing belt comes from Preludes, ECU from integras, etc.
