Default How to make legal
Ok, so i bought the crx, no engine in it. I want to swap in a b16 form an civic si, and have ti street legal, how can i pass CA emmsions, ive read all the goverment sites and they dont offer anything for me. how can i get it streetable and registered? any sites you guys know of?
