ALSO! is drilling or some craziness required to put this lip on?

black skirts and front lip just makes it look bottom of the line.. like many of the lower model honda cars..
id rather have the 98 CTR lip though personally.. i never throught the 99 lip went well on the 98 bumper

Should get it painted along with the side skirts. The black it comes in, is kind of dull. Painting it will look good, trust. Yea drilling it required but it's not gonna be drastic, just like a few screws on the sides inside the wheel well.
All in all whatever you think will look good, one solid color on a car looks very clean tho..
IMO

spoon happened... kids started to think that CF hoods and ashy wheels were aesthetic mods.. i wish i could go back to 1999 with a pic of an ugly *** yellow spoon ITR and ask anyone "does this car look tight to you?" and see their TRUE response.. not the response brought on by the internet/super street mislead JDM craze..

1. Paint the lip.
2. I went to that site and I found a few things on there that I want. Do you know anything about them? Reliable? Products all fit and look good?
Thanks.
