Si head on Hf block ...
I know this is a dumb question but im just confirming that this is possible using stock hf intake and wiring due to the fact that they are both mpfi lemme know a positive answer on AIM(whitericecrx) or PM me thanks
You might run into problems because the HF is an 8 valve engine, while the Si is a 16 valve engine. You will have to pull the head off of the HF to see if the pistons came with valve reliefs cut into them for use with a 16 valve head.
The hf motors ive seen have all had 4 valve releifs per piston, but somebody posted up pics with pistons with only 2. I guess it all depends on where/when your motor was assembled.

you sure about that or are you just talking out of your ***.

all hf's have 8 valves, 2 per cylinder.. but the hf intake is much smaller then the Si one, u wouldn't have much air going into the motor also the injectors are lower cc's i believe? i've heard of a couple of people saying at the si head will be ok on an hf block, the the valve clearence isn't much of a problem.. they say its alittle better cuz it ups the compression alittle.. but i dun no man? try it and find out let us know
