Default HF Mini-Me Swap

I have a d15b6 block and a CRX si head. Can I bolt the head to the block without any piston to valve issues. I know the HF pistons only have two vavle reliefs but I have been told with a stock cam the valve still has enough piston to valve cleareance. Is this true? Also what CR can I expect?
