Default Car not running right!

Ok, I have a jdm h22 stock block with fully built head. I got my car out a few months ago and it was running fine with a p28 w/ hondata stage 4. I just recently installed the s100 and now my car runs like shiot!
When I drive it, it runs fine for a few miles then the car looses power. It won't go pass 35-4000k at all. If I try to go higher the car bogs really hard(like a newbie trying to shift) But when I turn the motor off and on again it works fine then drive it for a few miles and it's back to the same problem. I put the p28 in another h22 and that was fine. Also sometimes I hear a cracklin sound from the ecu (like when water gets into any electrical) My friend said it's probably the harness?
Any of you guys might know?

If I were you Id go to a professional and seriously get it tuned correctly. Second of all bro you have to ask yourself Is that computer that you got was the right one or isnt malfuntioning right ,cause you said it yourself that you here crackling and all that in there Id hand it back to whoever gave it to you and get your money back or ask them for another one.
