Default what kind of springs?

I put coilover sleeves on my accord, they suck. What type of springs should I get to go with KYB AGX. And how low should I go, I have 17" wheels. Thanx.

H&R, Neuspeed, Eibach, whatever floats your boat. i'd say 2.25 in back, 2.5 in front.

do you already have the kyb's installed? if not, get those first and then pass judgement on your coilovers, cuz ride quality will always suck whether you have spring or coilovers, if you're using your stock shocks.
