I don't know exactly, but it is very very light. Not Amuse Ti light, but still pretty light.

According to UPS it weighs 30lbs when fully boxed.

So, around 15-20lbs.

Chris where can I find more information on this Amuse Ti?

My RM01A hasn't arrived yet, so it might be going up for sale. LoL

lEn,
IM Reid or Shane (kengs). I thought Reid got one... but I can't remember for sure.

Also... Shane's friend with the DC5-R in Japan has one. Maybe he has some info, yo.

Len, Amuse Ti (non-resonated version) weighs a shade under 8lbs; I think the DC2 version of RM-01A weighs around 16lbs...

If you get an Amuse before me, I'm gonna come down to Baranco and kick your scrawny ***

the Amuse looks sweet, but for ~10lbs the RM-01A is going to sound the best. You can check out some audio clips here:

http://www.hogens.com/car/defa...x.php

The movies make it sound louder than it really is.

len, you are insane. The Fujitsubo is ultra-sweet, be happy with it. Don't let Shane play his JDM-Jedi mind tricks on you...

Tweakmeister... nice pic ! Question... how old is the exhaust in that picture (just right after initial installation, couple days, weeks, or after a bath, etc.) ? Looks really clean, and I was just wondering if it held up after time.

Thank you. That picture was right after install. Made sure to clean all the fingerprints off

After heating the piping will turn a little gold, although the canister never really gets hot enough to. It should keep that same look for as long as you own it, assuming you maintain the finish.

You've been PM'ed with a price.

The amuse is unresonated and costs about what the hytech full exhaust system costs.

With ITB's and an Amuse Ti your ears will bleed.

Stick with the Fujitsubo exhaust, or get a system from Hytech or SMS if you want extreme gains.

Leave the JDM Stunna crap at home and tell Shane to shut his trap
j/k Shane is my boy

wow.. air frieght? my guess would be some serious $$$. standard shipping is probably over $150. anywho, regarding your weight question, i dug through my files for my 94 civic and my modified thermal (added 5 1/2 extension to fit header/cat combo) weighed 28.2 lbs. the fujitsubo replaced it, which was the correct length, weighed 21.8 lbs. so, 6.4 lbs lighter and +5mm larger inside diameter. i am very happy with it. thanks leo!

no way does the rm-01a for the dc2 weigh 16lbs. again, my eg6 exhaust was 21.8 lbs (b-pipe 11.8 + muffler 10.0) my guess is at least 22.5/23.5 lbs or so for the dc2. it is slightly longer than the civic exhaust, with an extra resonator.

dc2 fujitsubo rm-01a

eg6 fujitsubo rm01a

if in fact the amuse is 8lbs, i would go for that. but, i am not sure about that weights kengs. oh, i am a n.y. state certified weighmaster, so please do not dispute my weights. i weigh everything in the quest for Street Modified glory.

Yup ur right, i think the RM-01A is around 20lbs (still light for a full catback).

Amuse R1 is available with a resonator (called R1 Extra) for the non hearing impaired.
