how do i change my head lights on my 91 si...??? i need the help ASAP

 

Unclip the old ones, behind the light assemblies, put in the new ones.

 

In order to get to some of the screws, you will need to remove the front bumper...its no big deal, even if your a nooB. This involves 6 bolts total (I believe) as well as two screws. If you have a tech. manual, you should be able to do it no problem. After the bumper is off, you will see all of the headlight assembly and removal/replacement will be no problem. Do you need more specific info, or r u all set?

 

yeah i figured i had to take off the bumper but i was like were do i start..i'm sure i could figure it out...but i think i need a jack...cause my car is to low...i donno...so i need help...doin that..i guess or the know how...

 

you dont need a jack to change a headlight.

Bumper Removal:
Two screws behind each signal light in the bumper, and two screws in each wheelwell, then just pull it off.

Headlight removal:
Pull out corner lights, 88-91 take out two screws on side of light, 90-91 they'll just pull out(held in by clips).
Then theres 2 bolts on top of the headlight u take out, and two bolts on the bottom(which you can now access with the bumper off. Then just unplug the headlight and pull it out

Also, make sure if u have an 88-89 car, to get an 88-89 headlight. or a 90-91 car, get a 90-91 headlight.
