PM6 power chip...
how to install them: you take the ecu out of the car. you take all the screws out of the ecu, you pull the circuit board out, you unsolder the back side of the 28 pin eprom chip, you unsolder the top side of the chip. then you resolder the new chip back in.
how do they work: they are modified code of the stock eprom. they can increase injector pulse, retard/advance ignition, change rev limits, allow boost and 450cc injectors, and some other things, they are also working on a vtec code, so you can run a vtec car using your pm6 ecu.
do you gain any power: yes, they wouldnt make them if not.
are they worth the money: depends on how much the chip is. and they arnt worth if if you dont have any work done to your engine. the more work you have done the more tuned your ecu needs to be.
