Just fyi sometimes the mechanical ones become inaccurate.I used to work at a tire shop and I put 35psi all around,it went to the alignment rack and they read 45psi all around because my gauge was off.

You're not using one of those pep boys tire gauges are you ? You can find some decent mechanical ones in jegs.com. They range from $30 to $150.

if they are only 1/2 pound difference between the two, choose one and STICK with it.

I have a Moroso gauge and added the rubber cover.
