Need help finding out size piston rings
Well I bought them used(pistons) so I don't have part numbers. They told me I need to find out if they are off shelf or custom...all I know is that they are for a Prelude 9.5=1 with 87mm stamped on the bottom J E pistons....any guesses...When I went to find the end gap one the 87mm Je rings I have now it had a gap of eight thousandths

the stamp on bottom is the forging and its 87m not 87mm. that will not tell you anything about the bore. my 81.5mm pistons said 83m on bottom.
